Areal publishes the income its real-world assets generate, so anyone can verify that the protocol’s yield is real and see which assets produce it.

RWA basket revenue

How reporting works

  • Per asset. Each asset in the basket reports its gross income, servicing costs, and net income for the period, along with its yield relative to the asset’s value.
  • Into the basket. Net income is added to the basket on-chain, raising Book NAV, and split by the distribution model.
  • Verifiable. Reported figures reconcile with the on-chain change in invested capital and Book NAV, so the numbers can always be checked against the chain.
See Rental Cars and the other Reports pages for the per-asset breakdown.
