# Initial documentation release

## Overview

The first public version of the **RWT documentation** is live. It introduces the RWT
protocol — Areal Finance's income token backed by a basket of real-world assets (RWA) — and
its economic model end to end.

## What's included

* **Two-token model** — RWT (a share in the RWA basket) and stRWT (a share in the staking pool).
* **Book NAV & Book NAV Price** — the basket's net asset value and the fundamental per-token price.
* **Mint invariant** — RWT is issued only when equivalent value enters the basket, so supply and
  NAV grow in sync and Book NAV Price is not diluted.
* **Yield distribution** — net basket income splits **40 / 30 / 20 / 10** across compounding,
  liquidity, staking rewards, and the DAO.
* **Bilingual** — full English and Russian versions.
